Meet The Owner
For more than 25 years, Wayne Baldwin has been creating outdoor spaces that bring beauty, function, and lasting value to the places people call home. A Sarasota-based landscape designer and graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, Wayne has worked every side of the industry: from lawn maintenance and nursery operations to landscape installation, residential design, and large-scale planning and entitlement projects.
His experience spans boutique design firms in Hawaii and Florida, field work with landscape contractors, and planning roles with major civil engineering and development firms. Landmarks Design is the culmination of that diverse background and hands-on experience.
